Tours of Park Place model apartments will begin Dec. 15.

Alliance Residential leasing manager Dex Hiland said the temporary leasing office will move to a first-floor unit on the southwest corner of Verde River Drive and Avenue of the Fountains, 16725 E. Avenue of the Fountains.

Interested renters can stop in the office and schedule a tour.

“We will be able to give hard hat tours and show full models,” said Hiland.

Although it may look from the exterior that construction has slowed down, interior improvements are underway in the apartments. Drywall has been installed in many of the units.

Monthly rents will begin at $994 for a one-bedroom to $2,424 for a three-bedroom apartment. Price depends upon the views and the floor location.
