On behalf of the Church of the Ascension conference of St. Vincent de Paul, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ken Fett and his staff at Bashas’ for participating in the recent peanut butter and jelly drive.
Not only did we collect over 30 pre-packaged grocery bags filled with peanut butter, crackers, cereal and graham crackers, we also received an additional 20 bags filled with miscellaneous items such as jelly, canned goods, peanut butter and drinks.
Thanks also to our generous friends and neighbors in Fountain Hills for all your donations. Your donations will go a long way in helping to stock our pantry so that we may help others who are in need of food.
