Peter Dale Mooney

Peter Dale Mooney was born to Rod and Joan Mooney on Aug. 9, 1965 in Framingham, Mass. Peter was an avid sportsman with interests ranging from skeet shooting to skiing, and was always cooking up epicurean delights in his kitchen.

He was most recently employed by Sharp Electronics in Charlotte, N.C. utilizing his degree as a Certified Purchasing Manager.

He is remembered as an usher at St. Anne’s Parish in Charlotte where his son, Dale was an Alter Boy. Peter; the best father, son, brother and friend one could ask for left us on April 28 to join his sister and is with our Lord.

He is survived by his son, Dale Mooney of Statesboro Ga.; his parents, Rod and Joan Mooney of Fountain Hills; and sisters, Heidi and Jill of Scottsdale.

Funeral Mass is to be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19 at The Church of The Ascension, 12615 Fountain Hills Blvd, Fountain Hills 85268.
