Kudos are in order for the Fountain Hills Community Services Department. They have special people.
Cory Povar, Recreation Manager and Kevin Snipes, Supervisor of Parks, set up the poinsettia tree frame on time and in the right spot. Gary Kai watered the poinsettia plants and we are all set for the Christmas season.
To date we have 67 donors; hopefully we can do better than last year. Breaking 100 would really be a winner. We have a new sight, too, for donors to drop off their forms and checks; The Fountain Hills Community Center. The Drop Box is at the reception desk. Fountain Fashions at Basha’s Shopping Center and Sami’s Unique Gifts and Fine Jewelry on the Avenue of the Fountain are convenient drop-off venues for your donations.
