Thank you all for your wonderful response to the 2015 Poinsettia Tree Christmas celebration; we have 45 donations, which is just five shy of my request for the Dec. 3 installation of the tree on the Avenue of the Fountains.

We have two more weeks to go and I believe we’ll surely meet or exceed that goal.

Donor forms can be obtained at Gridleys of Fountain Hills and Sami Fine Jewelry & Unique Gifts, both located on the Avenue of the Fountains, and Fountain Fashions located in Bashas’ shopping center on Palisades and La Montana Boulevards.

Since the Poinsettia Tree is supported by the Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association (FHCCA), you can access a form on the FHCCA Website at www.fhcultural-civic.org, click on the Poinsettia Tree, fill out the form and pay by using Pay-Pal or download the form.

Send your check made out to FHCCA together with the form to Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association, P.O. Box 18254, Fountain Hills, AZ 85259. The Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association is a 501c3 tax exempt organization; therefore your donation is tax exempt.
