Exciting news for the holiday season: 222 poinsettia plants have been ordered from Home Depot with scheduled delivery on Thursday, Dec. 4, between 12 noon and 1 p.m.

If you have some time, the Noon Kiwanis and friends will be placing the poinsettias on the tree and we can always use a few hands to help. When completed there’s no dispute that this 14-foot tree comes alive and just makes an incredible statement.

Thus far we have a few poinsettias sold so it’s time for you to visit Gridleys of Fountain Hills, Sami Fine Jewelry & Unique Gifts or Kay Kinder’s Fashion Fashions.

The Fountain Hills Times will be printing an announcement with a donor sheet as an alternative. Should there be any other businesses in town wishing to participate in this over 20-year holiday tradition, please contact me at realtors@gazianos.com.

The donation hasn’t changed, just $20 with a check made to FHCCA (Fountain Hills Cultural & Civic Association).
