Pollution advisory for Monday, no-burn in effect

A forecast for high winds the next couple of days has prompted the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to issue a High Pollution Advisory for PM.10 particulate pollution for today, Monday, April 12.

Maricopa County is following the ADEQ advisory by implementing its air quality regulations that follow suit. Monday is a no-burn day for wood burning and off-road vehicle restrictions will be in place.
