Several times we have had some problems with our 12-year-old pool equipment. Going from lousy to the best company to correct our problems was a financially painful journey. We paid for repairs that didn’t resolve the problem, and when we complained our calls were never answered.

Then we called Doug Thoms at AHS Pools. On site, in five minutes he correctly diagnosed the problem and sent a person that actually knew how to fix it. Problem solved and at an honest price.

Sadly for us, our negative edge pump just started making noise, so we called Doug again. When his “Mr. Fixer” arrived, he told us to just live with the noise, as the pump would probably last another year or two. Then, to make things even better, there was no charge for his visit and assessment.

Bottom line, if you want an honest answer to your pool problems and have them resolved at a totally fair price, call Doug.
