The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a preliminary plat for a proposed subdivision of commercial property at Palisades Boulevard and La Montana Drive.
The property has existing development, and the landowners are asking to subdivide the site into four separate commercial lots.
Development on the site currently includes a building recently renovated for a medical center (HonorHealth) and new construction for Dutch Bros coffee. An existing third building includes a home decorating store and a vacant site formerly occupied as a restaurant. What would be the fourth lot of the subdivision is currently a vacant building pad.
