“We are incredibly grateful to the community for their support of our market,” said Kathy Cole, event co-chair. “We are excited to continue FHPC’s tradition of giving to those in need while offering a fun and engaging experience for all.”
The second flea market of the season is scheduled for Dec. 7, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church (FHPC) parking lot, 13001 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.
Future market dates for 2025 include Feb. 1, March 1 and April 5.
The Presby Pickin’s Flea Market offers a lively and family-friendly atmosphere, featuring local vendors with collectibles, jewelry, art and more.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to shop, connect with neighbors and support local businesses and causes, according to the release.
The Fountain Hills Middle School Cross-Country Team will be present at the Dec. 7 market where visitors can meet the team and learn more about their activities.
The students will have a booth, sell water and accept donations in support of their season.
In addition, Fountain Hills Middle School’s Second Chance Store will be present where visitors can stop by the booth to learn about an important initiative supporting local families and students in need.
The Fountain Hills Christian Writers Group (FHCWG) will also be present, a group of local authors who will sell their books, poetry and other gift items.
The FHCWG meets monthly at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church and is dedicated to inspiring creativity in literature and faith.
A wide variety of food trucks will be available throughout the day including Yumi’s Coffee Truck (Japanese coffee and baked goods), Fountain Hills Food Cart and Lumpia Queen (authentic Filipino cuisine).
A live DJ will also perform music from 9 a.m. to noon followed by live performances by The Mystic Five from noon to 2 p.m.
Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church accepts donations of household items, tools, children’s toys, jewelry, games, electronics and more for sale at the market.
The church does not accept donations of furniture or clothing. Donations are sold at the “Church Tables” by volunteers in yellow aprons, with proceeds benefiting FHPC ministry projects and community initiatives.
To donate, call the church office at 480-837-1763 to arrange drop-off or visit fhpresbyterian.info/fleamarket for more details. Donation receipts are available upon request.
Vendor-donated items cannot be accepted on the day of the flea market.
Interested vendors can reserve a space for $25 online at fhpresbyterian.info/fleamarket. Additional tables or chairs can be added for $5 each. The registration fee covers all marketing and advertising efforts to ensure the success of the event.
