Presby Pickins’ returns Feb. 3 in Fountain Hills

Shoppers can expect music, treats and community resources

Presby Pickins’ Flea Market returns with a strong showing of vendors for the market Saturday, Feb. 3, at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church after taking an unexpected hiatus in January.

The February market is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature the return of Arlene’s Sweet Treats, the Fountain Hills Food Cart which serves lunch beginning at 10 a.m. and FX Entertainment producing five full hours of DJ music for shopping.

The Fountain Hills Protect Our Youth Coalition is the featured and supporting non-profit for the month of February.

Presby Pickins’ Flea Market returns with a strong showing of vendors for the market Saturday, Feb. 3, at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church after taking an unexpected hiatus in January.

The February market is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature the return of Arlene’s Sweet Treats, the Fountain Hills Food Cart which serves lunch beginning at 10 a.m. and FX Entertainment producing five full hours of DJ music for shopping.

The Fountain Hills Protect Our Youth Coalition is the featured and supporting non-profit for the month of February.

The coalition’s senior high school interns will run a table with parent and community resources available with a mission to achieve sustainable reductions in substance abuse among youth in Fountain Hills and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, according to a press release by Presby Pickins’ Coordinator Shawn Uphoff.

Those interested in donating items to the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church can drop them off at the front office, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. through 3 p.m.

Those interested in renting a booth space, tables and/or chairs, visit fhpresbyterian.info/fleamarket for reservations.

Community service hour opportunities are also available for high school students who are invited to contact the Flea Market coordinators at 480-779-8115 or send an email to ppfleamarket@gmail.com.
