Those in Fountain Hills with unused or expired prescriptions may turn them in at Fountain Hills Town Hall (south parking lot entrance) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Deputies with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office will be overseeing the local drop off location.

The federal Drug Enforcement Administration National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be held Saturday, Oct. 28.
Those in Fountain Hills with unused or expired prescriptions may turn them in at Fountain Hills Town Hall (south parking lot entrance) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Deputies with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office will be overseeing the local drop off location.
The objective of the take back event is to provide a safe, convenient and responsible way of disposing of prescription drugs while educating the public about the potential for abuse of medications.
There is a permanent prescription drug drop box inside the Town Hall lobby just outside the Sheriff’s Office where drugs can be dropped at any time the building is open.
