Primary election

If you have not yet voted in the Aug. 2 primary election, consider this your last call.

If you plan on mailing your ballot, you should send those off ASAP. Otherwise, the drop box is still available in Town Hall or you can cast a ballot in person through 7 p.m. next Tuesday. You’ll find additional details on page 1A of this week’s paper concerning all methods of voting.

Whether you’re happy with local/state affairs as they are or wish to see some change, The Times encourages everyone to get informed and make sure they vote. Voting is one of the few ways we get to have an impact on the future of our community and country, so it’s a civic duty we hope our readers take seriously.
