Come with me for a minute. Close your eyes and think back three years or so, to the first time you drove down Saguaro Boulevard after our most recent paving project was completed. I don't know about you, but I have a clear memory of that day and thinking, “Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about!” I know I was smiling all the way past the park and on out to Shea.
Now try for that same experience today driving up Indian Wells from Saguaro, or turning the corner on to Verde River Dr. at the Chamber building. Which of these opposing experiences represent the vision and image you would like any and every visitor or potential new resident to experience?
We are privileged to live in one of God’s most pleasant and beautiful communities, but it is beginning to look a little shabby and shopworn along its streets, parks and public facilities due to lack of sufficient operating funds. We need to fix that before it gets out of hand.

The upcoming property tax initiative is fair, reasonable, equitable and affordable. Please vote yes on behalf of your community, your friends, your neighbors and our property values. Thanks.
