As we look back on the growth of Fountain Hills, there are many individuals and dedicated organizations that have made an incredible difference in our community.
Their effort, passion, genuine vision and dynamic leadership have helped shape the community that we now enjoy.
Robert P. McCulloch would have been elated that the fountain he started building in 1970 has been such a centerpiece for community activities through the years. Those who have been here for a while reminisce about the wonderful concerts and events that have been held in the park over the past 40 years.

While the most recent downturn has hit our community hard, we have and will prevail and witness wonderful new milestones as we journey into the future! As we move forward, it will be without the leadership of two individuals who have given so much to making Fountain Hills what it is today.
Many of us were privileged to work side by side with Frank Ferrara and Mark McDermott. They have each shared a vision and energy like few others and have contributed greatly to the birth of many of the wonderful events and tourism programs that we often take for granted.
While saddened to hear that Frank and Mark have chosen to depart the Chamber of Commerce (Frank in 14 months), it is with love, respect and fond memories that we offer best wishes in their years to come. Thank you for your dedication to Fountain Hills and thank you for your continuing friendship. We will miss you both!
