The U.S. is a nation of animal lovers, though we are sorely lacking in laws that help the most abused animals of all -- farm animals.
The Humane Society of the United States and the United Egg Producers have come together to fix this, by working to pass HR 1731, a bill that’s currently in Congress and would simultaneously give farmers what they would need to be competitive in all states -- the same guidelines of which to follow -- while also giving hens a better life by granting them double the space.

Let’s not fall behind the rest of the world on this important issue. Rep Schweikert, please support this bill.
