The Town of Fountain Hills is in the process of updating its fees applicable to new development.
As part of this process, the town has published a draft Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan Report on its website July 1, 2025.
A public hearing on the draft report will be held during the regularly scheduled town council meeting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16, in council chambers at Town Hall, 16705 Avenue of the Fountains.

The Town of Fountain Hills is in the process of updating its fees applicable to new development.
As part of this process, the town has published a draft Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan Report on its website July 1, 2025.
A public hearing on the draft report will be held during the regularly scheduled town council meeting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16, in council chambers at Town Hall, 16705 Avenue of the Fountains.
The information contained in the draft report will serve as the foundation for establishing updated development fees later this fiscal year. The draft assumptions were previously presented and discussed with the Town Council during a public work session on June 3. A recording of that session is available for public review on the town’s website.
