Due to an expected larger than normal crowd, the town will relocate the venue for the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 25.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at the Community Center, rather than council chambers in Town Hall, which has limited seating.
Based on input from the public staff is expecting a large number to turn out for the meeting. The commission will be considering its recommendation to the Town Council on the proposed Daybreak apartment complex, the Keystone rental community and a change in operating hours for the medical marijuana dispensary in Fountain Hills.
