The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider special use permit applications for two proposed residential projects within commercial zoning districts when it meets on Monday, Aug. 12.
The town’s Zoning Ordinance requires a special use permit for residential uses on commercially zoned property.
One is a ground up project on Avenue of the Fountains on the vacant lot west of Chase Bank. According to Town Senior Planner Farhad Tavassoli, this plan is for a mixed-use project with commercial uses on street level and six to eight residential units on two stories above the first floor.
