The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a recommendation to the town council on a request for a roof-top cellular phone installation at the Park Place complex on Avenue of the Fountains.
Verizon Wireless made the application to the town for the site.
As proposed the equipment, when installed, will extend 2-feet, 4-inches above the maximum allowed height for the project of 54 feet.
The over-height installation will require a special use permit.
The commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with this item.
The commission agenda also includes what are described as minor amendments to the town noise regulations related to violations.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, March 22, at 6 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
