In our upcoming mayoral election, we need to select a leader who has proven qualifications to address a critical need - our town is short on funds to meet ongoing expenses.

Let’s take a look at mayoral candidate Cecil Yates.

Cecil is the Director of Property Management for Commercial Properties, Inc., where he manages the fifth largest commercial real estate portfolio in the State of Arizona. He has worked in both the public and private sectors of real estate and economic development industries. He currently sits on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Valley Metro RPTA and the Maricopa Association of Governments Domestic Violence Committee.

He currently sits on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Valley Metro RPTA and the Maricopa Association of Governments Domestic Violence Committee.

Cecil’s education and experience are recognized statewide by various organizations. He was featured in the AZ Business Leaders Magazine edition of “Most Respected and Influential Business Leaders” for 2018-19. The Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine in 2017 named him “People and Projects to Know.”

He is strongly committed to the town he loves, presently serving on the Town Council and in the past on the Fountain Hills Business Vitality Advisory Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Sunridge Canyon HOA board. He has been active in his church, coached T-ball and soccer, and served on the FHCCA Board’s Public Art Committee.

After reading through Cecil Yates’ resume, I am confident that this mayoral candidate can meet the financial challenge facing Fountain Hills and will cast my vote for Cecil Yates.
