Quantum Health Organics wants Fountain Hills residents to relax and meditate to overcome the stress of summer.
To assist in the goal, they have introduced the Moon Meditation and Sound Journey Pool Floats, a summer activity that occurs every full or new moon during the season. The sessions see participants float serenely on pool rafts under the light of a new or full moon while taking part in an immersive live meditation experience featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and various other instruments.
Their next session is held on a new moon from 7-8:30 p.m. on July 17 at the Adero Resort Pool, 13225 N. Eagle Ridge Drive in Fountain Hills. The new moon carries with it a special theme, according to Quantum Health Organics founder Candie Castillo.
