After 73 years on this planet, I’m going to fess up to the world that I’m a quitter.
As a young boy, I beat all the kids in school in the game of marbles. Then I quit. I could never beat the girls in ball and jacks, so I quit.
Scoring many touchdowns in high school football, at the end of my senior year I quit. Four years in the military, US Air Force, with a tour in SEA (South East Arkansas), I quit. Twenty-two years coaching youth sports, I quit. Two and a half years Weight Watcher trainer, I quit.

Now, after 25 years playing the lotto and never winning, I’m once again going to quit. Married in 1963...still thinking.
But living and loving the people in the Town of Fountain Hills? I’ll never quit.
