The Fountain Hills Community Center will host Fountain Hills Realtor Jill Templeton-Haislip, a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), who understands the distinct challenges and considerations that seniors face when buying or selling property.

Templeton-Haislip has a decade-long career devoted to senior real estate and has also earned recognition as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

As the baby boomer generation continues to retire and downsize, the demand for specialized real estate services tailored to seniors has never been greater.

The Fountain Hills Community Center will host Fountain Hills Realtor Jill Templeton-Haislip, a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), who understands the distinct challenges and considerations that seniors face when buying or selling property.

Templeton-Haislip has a decade-long career devoted to senior real estate and has also earned recognition as a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

The public is invited to participate at the Community Center, 13001 La Montana Drive Thursday, April 18, at 2 p.m. for an opportunity to gain valuable insights into senior real estate including downsizing, rightsizing, upsizing and senior living solutions, empowering seniors to make informed decisions.

Space is limited for this presentation and pre-registration is required. The program is free for Community Center members and $5 for non-members. Call the Community Center at 480-816-5200 to register.
