Real issues

Poverty and the working poor are real issues in Arizona and even in our own backyard in legislative District 23.

A recent Arizona Republic report finds one in five children in our state live below the poverty line. Locally, it’s estimated the wonderful volunteers at Extended Hands Food Bank serve around 1,000 people each month. Daria Lohman knows these facts and will work hard to reduce these devastating numbers that affect the children and families of our state and district.

Voting Daria for State Senator will help ensure our schools are sufficiently funded, which will better prepare Arizona children to move from poverty to joining the middle class.
