The Fountain Hills High School soccer programs have faced hard times over the past few seasons but may have found the coaches to right the ship this year.
The girls have had three head coaches over the past three years, and the boys have had four head coaches in the past three years.
The teams have struggled at times to field an entire roster over the last three seasons, and part of that is because there is no pipeline from the middle school to the high school. When Jon Davies and Ari Horvath interviewed for their respective coaching positions this year, athletic director Evelyn Wynn made sure to ask them how they would revitalize the middle school program.
