I love Fountain Hills and most everything about it, however, there is one issue that troubles me; it is very hard for those of us who now live in condos/apartments to recycle.
Since moving to Arizona in 1995, I have been a regular recycler of paper, plastic and cans but, since moving to a condo in January, it has become increasingly more difficult. My condo does not have a recycle bin (I will find out why) and when I called the city, they told me that they had a bin behind the Bashas’ store.
I began going up there once a week with recycleables; unfortunately, someone passing by told me that I was doing something illegal and was quite adamant about it (nasty, actually). Therefore, I quit doing it and am now stashing it all in the trash again.

Is there a solution? I know that there are some recycling events, but where does one store things until such an event happens? Perhaps it is not important to recycle any longer.
