Every election brings a slate of Town Council candidates who say the same things as in years past. Only one candidate, Lina Bellenir, has proposed a novel idea to bring in business and reflect a vision for a vibrant downtown.
Lina’s proposal is to stage the empty buildings, as one does to sell a home, and create a Renaissance Walk. This concept will create renewed interest to relocate here, thus enhancing our town’s revenue to attract the amenities that keep Fountain Hills such a desirable place to live and raise a family.
Let the other candidates avoid the substantive issues.
