OPINION — The comments in Steve Thomas’ letter re Medicare upcoding are misleading and inaccurate. I believe he has confused Medicare Advantage aka Plan C, with Advantage combined with Medicaid.
Most of the other benefits cited are related to Medicaid, not Medicare, with the exception of dental, vision, hearing and fitness.
