It was interesting to note recent editorials in The Fountain Hills Times regarding the development of Adero Canyon. The Sonoran Conservancy voiced support for the trailhead portion of the project and The Fountain Hills Times expressed lukewarm support for some development.

It is important to note that the Cordabella neighborhood group is not opposed to either the development of the trailhead nor the residential development of the canyon.

We are advocating for the responsible development of the canyon in accordance with the town’s long established plans and MCO’s previous commitments. The responsible development of Adero Canyon will be a win-win-win for the developer, the community and the hikers and perhaps more importantly one all parties can be proud of.
