The Retirement’s Next Steps Workshop series from DeGeorge Partners in Fountain Hills continues through the end of the year and into 2025.

The program offers insights and guidance for those planning for or already navigating retirement, a press release said.

On Thursday, Nov. 21, at 4 p.m., Elaine Kresta, owner of Simplicity PHX will present on the importance of downsizing.

Kresta’s presentation is entitled, “Downsize Your Way to Freedom,” offering practical insights and strategies to help individuals downsize on their own terms, without being stressed or overwhelmed.

Kresta has earned a reputation for managing the delicate transition of downsizing with care and compassion, the release said. Her team specializes in helping seniors and their families navigate the emotional and physical process of moving with ease, efficiency and confidence.

The workshop is free to attend but registration is required due to limited seating. All events will be held at DeGeorge Partners - Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, 16872 Avenue of the Fountains, Suite 103.
