A recent letter publicly condemning council elect Hannah Toth for having a job by Mr. Bolton, who isn’t even a registered voter in our legislative district, is ridiculous.
First, the role of the Chamber is not about soliciting anything from the Council. Her role as an events coordinator is to attract hundreds of thousands of people to our town to spend their money, thus we receive sales tax revenue. Plus, these people could be future business owners and homeowners in our town.
She attracts a demographic that this town desperately needs, youth! Since when did it become unethical to work and have a job?
