My pet peeve for over 20 years is people running the red turn arrow.

Yesterday, while first in line waiting for the green light, the driver behind me actually honked his horn. Twice!

Despite three signs and three red arrows, people still regularly run it. I thought they were stepping up enforcement. I never see any sign of it.
