Right place?

I cannot understand why the Town of Fountain Hills is spending $70,013 to draw the roundabout for the Avenue of the Fountains and La Montana when they can have four-way stop signs practically for peanuts and they don’t need any consultants. The town is in need of a lot of money and they can spend it on more important things.

I like roundabouts because they are safe and I am used to them in Tempe and Scottsdale, but the Avenue is not the right place for it.

I think the town wants it for decoration.
