The River of Time Museum & Exploration Center will teach local kids in Fountain Hills about turtles as part of its Little Explorers series.
Children ages 4-6 can come learn about turtles and tortoises from 10 to 11 a.m. on Aug. 29 at the museum at 12901 N. La Montana Drive, according to the museum’s website.
During the event, children will take part in story time, an interactive flannel board activity, sing a turtle-themed song and visit the museum. Each kid will also take home their own tortoise stick puppet.
