Six Fountain Hills ladies recently drove to Prescott to enjoy some time away and to line dance at Matt’s Saloon on Whiskey Row.
The six have been learning line dancing since the first of the year at the “Cardinal Dance Hall,” formerly known as Dick and Barbara Cardinal’s four-car garage.
Instructors were Joyce Ardern and Gloria MacDonald, who graciously gave of their time to give some fun lessons.

Road trip for dancing

Six Fountain Hills ladies recently drove to Prescott to enjoy some time away and to line dance at Matt’s Saloon on Whiskey Row.
The six have been learning line dancing since the first of the year at the “Cardinal Dance Hall,” formerly known as Dick and Barbara Cardinal’s four-car garage.
Instructors were Joyce Ardern and Gloria MacDonald, who graciously gave of their time to give some fun lessons.
So the “grand finale” ended up being the trip to Prescott to show off their new-found talent.
The ladies stayed at Marriott’s Springhill Suites, and when they were not line dancing, they were either shopping or eating at some of the fabulous dining establishments found in and around Prescott.
