From ages 5 to 95 and everywhere in between, 150 community volunteers gathered at the Fountain Hills Community Center for the 11th Annual Fountain Hills Community Food Pack – Food for Kidz.

On behalf of New Journey Lutheran Church, we wish to thank the many financial supporters and the hundreds of volunteers who made Thursday’s food pack a success.  In the past 11 years, 1,915 community volunteers have packed a total of 704,200 meals during this event.

To those who missed the 2024 event, stay tuned. The date for the 2025 food pack will be announced soon. If you wish to become involved in the planning of this wonderful event, contact me at fhfoodpack@njlc-fh.org. We have plenty of room for your gifts and passions.

Finally, to last week’s fun-seeking, hard-working volunteers, “Great job!” Together, we have made steps toward alleviating hunger in our community and around the world. Your contribution helped us pack 64,000 meals for our hungry neighbors. Thank you!
