Every day I travel from my home to get on Shea Blvd.
To avoid the Shea-Saguaro intersection I have to navigate through an unmarked alley. There is a public street (Technology Drive), but it has a locked gate preventing traffic.
The alley is not named and has no street markings, whereas Technology Dr. is completed as a street. Why can’t the gate at Saguaro and Technology Drive be kept open for access by the community?

I reviewed a survey where 82 percent of the responses supported keeping the gate open. Why is the gate on Technology Drive there in the first place?
