Sally Jean Mantle, age 72, was released from her suffering on Friday, June 26, in her Fountain Hills home with her family by her side.
Sally was born August 9, 1942, in Pasadena, Calif. to Jean and Allen Shaffer.
Sally is survived by husband, William Mantle; her children, Kim (Lockard), Nelson Mantle; two grandchildren and many beloved friends.
A devoted mother and loving wife, Sally will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
