Sandra (Sandy) Lee Call of Fountain Hills passed away on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024, at her beloved cabin in Happy Jack, AZ. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 35 years, William Call, and their cherished dog, Caz (The Baby). Sandy is survived by her daughter Michelle Balbo and husband Pompeo Balbo, her son Brian Shambre and wife Nicole Shambre, and her son Aron Call and wife Cheryl Call. She adored her grandchildren: Phillip Shambre and wife Tori Long, Anthony Balbo, Kennedy Call, MaKenzie Shambre, Daniel Balbo, William Call, Easten Call, and her great-grandson Guadalupe Martinez, as well as her great-nieces Lindsey Shambre and Lauren Shambre. Sandy is also survived by her brother Steve Bowen and wife Rhonda Bowen, and her sister Patricia Franco and husband Bob Franco, along with her half-brothers and half-sisters. She also had many other loving family members, friends, and all her nieces, nephews, and cousins. Sandy will be fondly remembered for her kind and loving nature, not only with her immediate family but also with everyone she met or came in contact with, making them feel welcomed and like family. She is especially remembered for the deep love and dedication she showed to her husband and best friend, Bill. She cherished traveling with Bill, particularly to Hawaii, where they created many special memories. Their cabin in Happy Jack was a favorite gathering place, where Sandy enjoyed the company of loved ones and the beauty of hummingbirds. A viewing will be held at Messinger Mortuary on June 4th from 6-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on June 5th at 10 AM at 12065 N Saguaro Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. Burial will follow at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
