The Fountain Hills Sanitary District is scheduled to hold a non-partisan election for two seats on its Board of Directors on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
This will be an all-mail ballot election with ballots being mailed to registered voters within the district on Oct. 12. The last day to register as a voter for this election is Tuesday, Oct. 10. (Monday, Oct. 9, is a holiday observed by the county).
Qualified candidates wishing to seek election to the board by obtain nominating petitions at the Sanitary District Office, 16941 E. Pepperwood Circle. The deadline to return the petitions is Monday, Aug. 9.

This will be an all-mail ballot election with ballots being mailed to registered voters within the district on Oct. 12. The last day to register as a voter for this election is Tuesday, Oct. 10. (Monday, Oct. 9, is a holiday observed by the county).
Qualified candidates wishing to seek election to the board by obtain nominating petitions at the Sanitary District Office, 16941 E. Pepperwood Circle. The deadline to return the petitions is Monday, Aug. 9.
The election to the board is for a four year term that will begin Jan. 1, 2018.
This election may be cancelled per state law in the event only one person or no person files a nominating petition for each opening on the board.
