The Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will hold a public meeting at the District Learning Center on Wednesday, Feb. 27, starting at 6:30 p.m. where members will discuss issuance of staff contracts and vote on the approval of field trips.
The meeting is set to begin with the usual informational reports from Superintendent Dr. Robert Allen, with the addition of a presentation on McDowell Mountain Elementary School from Principal Valerie Dehombreux.
After hearing public comments and approving the consent agenda, the board will move into the information and discussion portion of the meeting.

The Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will hold a public meeting at the District Learning Center on Wednesday, Feb. 27, starting at 6:30 p.m. where members will discuss issuance of staff contracts and vote on the approval of field trips.
The meeting is set to begin with the usual informational reports from Superintendent Dr. Robert Allen, with the addition of a presentation on McDowell Mountain Elementary School from Principal Valerie Dehombreux.
After hearing public comments and approving the consent agenda, the board will move into the information and discussion portion of the meeting.
The board will first discuss a planned Art Club field trip to Pairs over fall break 2019 with educator Karla Primosch.
After that, the board will discuss the issuance of new contracts for FHUSD teachers, administrators and directors.
The board will end the meeting by voting to approve two field trips, the May 27 visit to Sister City Zamosc, Poland, and the high school music department trip to Anaheim.
