School Board meets tonight

The Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will meet Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 5 p.m. The members of the board will vote on the district partnership with the Fountain Hills Coalition for the Arizona Youth Survey and potentially vote on supplemental reading material vetted by the literary committee.

The board will also vote on updates to a previously approved student trip to Germany in June 2024. Some updates include changes in chaperones and changing dates from May 27-June 11 to May 31-June 14.

The board will hear information on test data and letter grades, approval for fundraisers, and a Sister Cities Club trip to the Grand Canyon. Staff and Students of the Month will also be celebrated.

The Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board will meet Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 5 p.m. The members of the board will vote on the district partnership with the Fountain Hills Coalition for the Arizona Youth Survey and potentially vote on supplemental reading material vetted by the literary committee.

The next board meeting will be Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 6 p.m., followed by another meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 6 p.m. All meetings are held in the District Learning Center and are livestreamed and recorded on YouTube.
