The Fountain Hills School Board will first conduct an executive session Wednesday, Dec. 9, and then its regular public meeting.
The closed-door executive session begins at 5:30 p.m., with board members scheduled to conduct the annual evaluation of Superintendent Dr. Patrick Sweeney, who started here July 1.
The public meeting will follow, typically at 6:30 p.m. Members have several consent agenda items and then will discuss an Earthquest trip to San Diego and a plan to purchase some more buses with bond money.

Scheduled for action are approving a STUGO state convention trip to Flagstaff in February, an EVIT intergovernmental agreement for 2015-16 and a request for quotes for some computer/technology services.
The board likely won't meet again until Jan. 13. Wednesday's public session will be held at the FHUSD Learning Center.
