A status on the pickleball courts adjacent to the high school will be provided during informational reports, with an item authorizing administration to sign contracts regarding the pickleball courts on the action agenda.
Principals’ contracts will also be a discussion item this evening, as well as a food service management agreement renewal and price increases for the 2016-17 academic year.
If FHUSD continues with the food service management company Sodexo in the next academic year, the provider is requesting a small meal rate increase annually until FHUSD matches the reimbursable rate of free/reduced meals.
No price change would be seen on the breakfast menu, but the proposed changes include a lunch shift of $2.60 to $2.75 at McDowell Mountain Elementary School, $2.80 to $2.90 at Four Peaks/Middle School and $2.95 to $3.00 at the high school.
Over to the action agenda, the board will discuss directors’ contract renewals, as well as possibly authorize the superintendent to issue certified teachers’ contracts, classified employment notices and reduction in force notices.
