It’s insane that anyone is still undecided or supporting Trump. The debate showed us what Trump values and for whom he fights (only himself, millionaires, billionaires). How can anyone support a convicted felon and sexual abuser, who’s told us that if elected he’d punish everyone who opposed him; do away with our constitution; defund the Department of Education; illegally use the military to control our own citizens, preventing legal protests; pass a national ban on abortions; control access to contraceptives; allow government to track women’s pregnancies; initiate mass deportation of people who’ve lived, worked, started businesses, and paid taxes here for years; and reinstate the cruel separation-of-families policy.
Any mass deportation would devastate our economy!
How can patriotic Americans support Trump, who says he admires governments like those of Orban, Putin and Kim instead of this unique experiment in democracy of which we’ve been so proud and for which many have fought and died?
Trump travels with conspiracy theorists and Nazi sympathizers, spreading their racist filth as truth and revving up racial hatred and violence. He wants one state-sanctioned religion, Christianity, and one state-run media spouting his lies. He supports white Christian nationalism and criminalizing LGBTQ+ people. He says Muslims would be denied entry to our country and those already here would be sent to concentration camps or deported along with other “undesirables” like dark-skinned people who “poison our blood.”
Trump is angry, vindictive, mentally diminished and lacks basic knowledge of how government and trade policies work. Economists agree his tax cuts would skyrocket our deficit and his tariffs would cause higher prices, spurring a recession and tanking our economy. Those who know him best (Republicans, staff, military, lawyers, cabinet members) warn us all to join them in voting for Harris/Walz.
