Signing planned in Fountain Hills

It was more than a decade ago when Scottsdale resident Lucinda Michalski noticed a faint, blinking light across Rose Lake in rural Minnesota.

The rain was falling and the trees swayed so much that she couldn’t quite discern what it was.

“I thought, ‘Oh my god, what if it’s an SOS and somebody over there needs help?’” she said.
