Voters in Fountain Hills are being urged to get their ballot for the Aug. 26 primary election back in the mail no later than tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 22.
This will allow processing of the ballots in time to avoid delays in determining the final tally on Election Day.
This is the first fall election cycle that the Town of Fountain Hills has had its Town Council candidates on the ballot. Since the town uses an all-mail ballot for its elections, this election is a mail-only election.

Although there are no precincts’ polling places that will be open on Election Day, Town Hall is designated as a polling station.
People who do not get their ballot in the mail on time will be able to go to Town Hall on Tuesday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. to drop off their ballot in a sealed ballot box.
People may also drop off their ballot at the site anytime up to Election Day when Town Hall is open for business.
Anyone who has lost or spoiled their ballot may go to Town Hall and cast a replacement.
