The Arizona United States Pageant system is inviting friends, family and supporters to attend a “send-off celebration” for the five Arizona United States Queens.
It will be held Sunday, June 23, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Modern Group in Scottsdale.
Titleholders include Mrs. Arizona, Emilie Lettieri, a Fountain Hills resident; Ms. Arizona, Tina Ovist; Miss Arizona, Arlin Guadian; Miss Teen Arizona, Lexe Richardson; and Miss Junior Teen Arizona, Aubrey Laitsch.
Lettieri will be competing for the national title of Mrs. United States in Las Vegas at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino.
The remaining titleholders are headed to Washington, D.C. to compete for their national titles.
The Arizona United States Pageant system prides itself for changing the face of pageantry by its commitment and dedication to philanthropic causes.
This system is often called “The Pageant with A Purpose.” Its state and city titleholders volunteer thousands of hours each year to help charitable causes all over Arizona.
The ultimate goal for any titleholder who would win a national title is to continue that attitude of giving back throughout the entire country.
Modern Group, a Scottsdale business, has a similar attitude of giving back to the community and is hosting the send-off party.
The event also is a fundraiser for the queens to assist with expenses for their national competitions and to insure that the work they are doing in the state can continue.
The evening will include a red carpet arrival, paparazzi, silent auctions, raffles, celebratory cake, hors d’oeuvres, live band, on-camera interviews for the pageant TV show “Behind the Crown” andmore.

Event sponsors are Arizona United States Pageant, Modern Group, CXI Media, Kimmies Cakes, Brett Noe Productions, AZ Foothills Magazine, AZCulture, Get Image Ready, photographer Rizalde Sherwood, Stella Crowl, David Lloyd, Barbara Trainor.
Modern Group is located at 8271 E. Gelding Drive, Scottsdale.
