Having done some additional research on the proposed facility and others currently located in Fountain Hills, we question whether or not our community can support another senior living facility knowing that we already have two larger senior facilities, plus six smaller facilities.
Is there a possibility that adding a large new facility will cause all of them to go down?

There is another proposed senior living facility to be located at the busy intersection of Shea, Saguaro and Trevino.
Having done some additional research on the proposed facility and others currently located in Fountain Hills, we question whether or not our community can support another senior living facility knowing that we already have two larger senior facilities, plus six smaller facilities.
Is there a possibility that adding a large new facility will cause all of them to go down?
All facilities need a 65 percent occupancy to be successful.
